5 slices of bread 1 cup of milk 1 tsp vanila 4 tsp custed powder 6 tsp brown suger 1/4 cup of water
1. Put sugar in a sousepan and heat and add the water, stirring constantly until sugar is melted and a golden colour. Immediately pour the sugar syrup into the dish. 2.place the slices of bread in the dish 3. Slowly beat in milk, vanilla extract, and custed powder. Then pour the mixture into the dish. 4. Place the dish into a water bath ( a large dish filled with enough water to reach half way up). 5. Bake 1/2 hours or until a knife inserted into the center of the custard comes out clean. 6. Remove from the water bath and let cool. Cover with a plate and place in a refrigerator for about 3 hours.
