1 cup fresh milk 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup coconut milk 1 egg white 1 tsp gelatin For the topping: 2 tbsp custard powder 1 carrot, grated
method Mix all the milk products. Beat the egg white and mix with that milk mixture. Dissolve gelatin in 3tbsp of water and add add to the milk mixture. Stir. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
For the topping: Boil the carrot in 1 cup water. Add the custard powder to it. Make the custard like liquid. Pour the custard on the pudding, when your going to serve the pudding.
