Fruit Salad - Sri Lankan Style

1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 ripe papaya, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes ***
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1-2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp honey *

Mix all the fruits in a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt, lime and honey. Mix and serve.

* You can substitute honey with sugar.
** Some prefer to add some condensed milk instead of lime and honey. Some prefer to cut the fruits into smaller pieces too. You can add any other fruits that are in season too.
*** If papaya is not available, you can substitute with cantaloupe.
