1 CAN CONDENSED MILK 1 1/2 CANS WATER 3 EGGS 2 TSP VANILLA
Ingredients for CARAMEL SAUCE
1 CUP SUGAR
Method - CARAMEL SAUCE
RINSE A FRYING PAN UNDER FAUCET. WIPE THE BOTTOM AND PLACE ON STOVE AT MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT. SPRIKLE SUGAR EVENLY IN PAN AND COOK UNTIL IT TURNS BROWN. DO NOT STIR UNTIL ALL THE SUGAR IS MELTED AND IT BECOMES A BROWN SYRUP.POUR INTO A OVEN PROOF BOWL AND TURN SYRUP AROUND TO COAT INSIDE OF BOWL.
Method - PUDDING
HEAT OVEN TO 350 F. WHIP EGGS AND THEN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS. POUR INTO THE COATED BOWL. PLACE BOWL IN A PAN OF WATER AND PLACE INTHE OVEN AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 45 MINS OR UNTIL IT SETS.
