1 Cut the butter into small pieces and cream together with flour. Roll out between clear foil to about 1/2 cm thickness. Cut hearts and sticks out of the dough. Brush the sticks with egg yolk whisked with condensed milk,sprinkle with granulated sugar. Then place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175c (gas mark 4) for about 8 to 10 minutes. 2 Make a smooth paste of the sifted icing sugar by mixing it with 3 tbsp lukewarm water. Dye a small amount green, the rest red. Coat the hearts with the red icing, allow to dry. Then decorate with green icing.
