1 fresh coconut
1/2 bundle jaggery
3 tsps gelatine
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup waterScrape the coconut and squeeze out four cups
milk and add the jaggery cut up fine. Warm it
and boil up once. Add gelatine dissolved in
water. Then cool andd vanilla, pour into a
mould to set.
