2 tbsp Nescafe
2 tbsp coco powder
1/2 lb icing sugar
55g of butter/margarine, at room temperature
2 tbsp boiling water
Some cashew nutsMix icing sugar with butter.
Dissolve Nescafe and coco powder in boiling water.
Once cooled, mix it well with the butter mixture.
Finally add chopped cashews.
You can use this icing on the top of the cake or to sandwich the cake.
