1 pound all- pourpouse flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt * cup butter or margarine 1 1/4 cups milk
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and rub in the fat until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add the milk and mix to a soft dough. Roll out and Shape into rounds. Place on an oiled baking sheet, arranging on it the pizza filling of your choice.
