INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
11/2 tbsp pickled jalapeno, chopped
1 tbsp bottled capers, chopped
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 boiled egg, shelled/grated/chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Tabasco a few drops (optional)
METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour. Serve chilled.
