GARLIC CHILLI POWDERIngredients:
red chilli powder -1/2 cup
(coarsely powdered)
powder salt -3 tsps
garlic with skin -8 flakes
coconut grated dry -2 tbl.sps(heaped)
asafoetida -1 pinch
Method:
Put all the ingredients together in a mixie.
powder coarsely and preserve in air tight container.
IDLI CHILLI POWDER
Ingredients:
dehusked black gram -1/2 cup
red chillies -20
coriander seeds -1tsp
bengal gram dhal -1tsp
tamarind -small gooseberry size
rock salt -1 1/2tsp
asafoetida -2 pinch
Method:
Heat one teaspoon of oil and fry all the ingredients
till golden brown. Pound together with salt and
tamarind. Preserve in clean air tight container.
