Ingredients:No.1
100 grams seedless dates,
50 grams green chillies,
100 grams small onions or onions just chopped in cubes,
4 carrots in cubes,
10-15 olives without seeds, (or veralu)
small raw papaw in cubes,
No.2
1 cup of finely powdered mustard
2 cups of any type of vinegar,
salt to taste,
chilly powder,
garlic finely chopped,
Karapincha finely chopped (few)(curry leaves)
1 tablespoonful of sugar.
Mix well the mustard, vinegar, sugar, chilly powder, garlic powder, karapincha and sugar.
Keep it aside covered.
Slightly boil around a cup of vinegar and add all ingredients in No. 1 OTHER THAN the dates and boil lightly.
When cool add the whole thing into number two and keep covered in a corner for a day or two mixing well from time to time. After two days bottle them.
