Makes about 6 Waffles1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp melted shortening
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1 cup uncooked granular cereal
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 Egg - well beaten
1 Tbsp sugar
1. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add sugar & cereal
3. Add egg, shortening, milk, and raisins.
4. Bake in a hot waffle iron.
5. Serve with maple syrup and
