2 teaspoons peanut oil
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 small fresh red chillies, chopped
125 ml sweet chillie sauce
60 ml honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
60 ml waterHeat oil in small pan; add ginger, garlic and chillies.
Cook, stirring, until garlic is soft. Add remaining ingredients then simmer about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly; Strain.
