July 16 (SLBC) The first safari park in Sri Lanka will be set up in Ridiyagama in the Hambantota district. A land of 500 acres has been identified for this purpose. The government’s Engineering Corporation has undertaken the planning and construction of this safari park. The estimated cost of this project is around 1.6 billion rupees.
