Mar 19 (JG) Surabaya Police continued raiding the city's notorious Dolly prostitution district on Wednesday night, detaining 28 prostitutes and 24 men without proper ID cards, including two Sri Lankan sailors. The suspects were detained because for not carrying passports or other identification.
