Apr 29 (CG) A man has been arrested in Inginiyagala over multiple child abuse related incidents, the police media unit said today. The police said that the man had pretended to be mentally unstable and had physically abused young girls over a period of time. Mine clearing in North almost complete

Apr 29 (MEA) 95% of the Confirmed Hazarders area has been cleared of mines, according to the National Mine Action Center which was established in the Economic Development Ministry after the war. PMB incurs Rs 960 M loss

Apr 30 (CT) The Auditor General has revealed the loss incurred by the Paddy Marketing Board (PMB) on the sale of rice to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), last year (2012), was Rs 960 million.
