Removing bus horns may cause more accidents

Dec 3 (CT) Lanka Private Bus Owners' Association (LPBOA) yesterday warned that road accidents caused by private buses will increase with the police taking action to remove horns in private buses. Vehicle registrations down 23% Jan-Sep

Dec 3 (Island) The total number of vehicles registered during the nine months ending Sept 30, declined 23% to 244,361 from 316,820 in the same period last year. Import of vehicles also fell 20% to 235,434 from 292,512 last year.
