Nov 4 (CG) Minister Douglas Devananda has written to President Rajapaksa raising concerns over reports that private property and Hindu temples in Valikamam North in Jaffna are being demolished by the military. Devananda says in his letter if the reports are true it must be stopped and people who own lands in those areas must be allowed to resettle.
