India to focus on housing for plantation Tamils this year |

52 ganja smokers from Kollupitiya fined |
Jan 10 (DM) Colombo Fort Magistrate today imposed a fine of Rs.260, 000 on 52 youths who pleaded guilty to smoking ganja at several places in Kollupitiya.
