Three arrested with heroin |
Oct 10 (CT) Three persons were arrested on Thursday in Panadura, Welikada and Moratuwa police divisions for possessing heroin, police said. ASP Ruwan Gunasekara said that a suspect was apprehended by the Welikada Police on a tip-off. He had 20 g and 800 mg of heroin in his possession.
