Apr 5 (Island) Police Narcotic Bureau (PNB) yesterday arrested three Sri Lankan heroin kingpins in connection with the latest and biggest ever haul of heroin detected in the southern sea in a joint operation with Sri Lanka Navy last Wednesday and brought ashore on Friday. The narcotics weighed 110 kilos and 14 foreign drug smugglers were earlier taken into custody with a multi-day fishing craft used to smuggle the contraband.
