Accidents kill about 2,600 children a year |
Oct 1 (Island) Community Medicine Specialist of the Sri Lanka Family Health Bureau Dr. Kapila Jayaratne yesterday said that around 270,000 children below 16 years were hospitalised due to accidents annually and of them 2,600 succumbed to their injuries. AIDS deaths increasing |
