Ali Roshan arrested

Sep 8 (DN) The CID arrested notorious elephant racketeer Niraj Roshan alias Ali Roshan, yesterday. He was arrested for the illegal possession of an elephant using a fake licence. Five buyers for Norochcholai coal fly ash
