Jan 12 (DN) The case filed against former MP Tiran Alles and three others was yesterday fixed for January 29 by the Colombo High Court. High Court Judge Vikum Kaluarachchi declined to sit on the bench citing personal reasons yesterday. This case is to be taken up for hearing before High Court Judge Pradeep Hettiarachchi. Attorney General had filed indictments against four accused for allegedly conspiring to misappropriate Rs.200 million of public funds belonging to RADA in 2005.
