Expert raises questions after rescued rare black leopard dies |

Army recovers 14 skeletal remains from Muhamalai |
Jun 4 (Island) The army, on Tuesday, recovered 14 skeletal remains and three fire arms, 36 rounds of ammunition and LTTE uniforms buried in a thicket in Muhamalai. The security forces obtained a court order and started excavating the area looking for more skeletal remains. COVID-19: Fourteen returnees test positive as infections rise to 1,749 |
Jun 4 (AD) Total count of COVID-19 cases confirmed in Sri Lanka has leapt to 1,749 following the detection of 14 more virus-positive patients as of 11.55pm on Wednesday (03).
