250ml\1cup long grain rice 1 leek Approx. 300gm\14oz beef\veal sausage A little black pepper 200ml\3\4cup grated cheese 30ml-45ml\2-3tbsp mustard
METHOD:
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, shred the leek and cut the sausage into strips. Brown the sausage quickly in a pan, stir in the leek and cook for a few minutes.
Beat the egg and cheese together and season with salt, pepper and mustard. Stir in the sausage and leek and egg mixture into the rice and mix well.
