Honey Soy grilled chicken
1Kg. skinned and defatted chicken parts 5 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 cup soy sauce 1teasp. pepper small stick of lemon grass, chopped into 1 centimetre pieces salt to taste Dressing: Method: Check whether the meat is done, by sticking a skewer into the meat. The juice coming out should be clear. Turn the pieces, and grill again. Once the meat is done, combine the dressing and mix in, grill for another ten minutes. Serve hot.
