Nov 24 (DM) In an amazing mix-up, police recovered another baby from adoptive parents, instead of the baby they had originally adopted. The incident was reported from Bakamuna in Polonnaruwa. A 17 year old single girl who lived in tract 506, Ekiriwewa, delivered a baby on October 30 at Polonnaruwa base hospital and had allegedly gone home without the child. Customs cuts fuel import taxes further |
Nov 25 (BL) The Department of Customs, following a directive by the Treasury has recently reduced import taxes on petrol and diesel.
