June 9 (Reuters) Sri Lankan shares touched a new record high on Tuesday as retail investors bought banking shares, but profit takers pulled the index lower later in the day. All-Share Price Index hit a new peak of 4,459.26 points, but closed down 4.05 points, or 0.09 percent, at 4,427.27. The market is up 30.9 percent so far in 2010, making it Asia's best performer. One year after war, Defence Ministry gets highest budgetary allocation
