Dengue declines: Public must continue to be vigilant |
June 29 (NS) Following awareness raising campaigns and reduction of dengue breeding sites, the number of reported Dengue Fever and Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DF/DHF) declined sharply in June. From a total of 1,881 cases reported in May this year, the number of cases reported in June dropped to 1,303 as of last week- a reduction of 577 cases. This is a sharp decline from 4,672 in January this year.

Fuel use in SLTB to be monitored |
