Chemicals used for abortions destroyed by Customs

Oct 23 (CT) Over 30,000 vials of chemicals used in injections for abortions have been destroyed by the Customs Department this morning. The injections were confiscated by the Customs Task Force last April, and have been valued at Rs. 30 million, Customs Director General Jagath P. Wijeweera said.
