Confusion over who keeps VAT charges
Aug 15 (ST) Supreme Court’s ruling to suspend the VAT introduced by the govt in May has caused confusion among businesses and consumers with questions being asked about the money raised so far by the tax. Budget deficit narrows in May 2016, revenues up 24%
