Sept 7 (Reuters) Shares ended down on Monday while turnover slumped to its lowest in six weeks as investors stayed on the sidelines, stockbrokers said. Sept 7 (DM) A man, who impersonated the Inspector General of Police Pujith Jayasundara on Facebook and deceived a number of women, was arrested on Monday by the CID.
