Rs 400 M lost in CHOGM vehicle saga

June 10 (ST) Western Provincial (WP) Ministry of Education has developed a plan to protect schools vulnerable to closure due to lack of students. Dearth of anaesthetists causes closure of Kantale hospital ICU
