Three schoolgirls, mother drown

Apr 2 (Island) Three 14-year-old schoolgirls and the mother of one of them, drowned in the Gin Ganga in Hiniduma on Saturday. The deceased were Minurika Chathumini (14), Kaveesha Anjali (14), Ravindi Yasasmini (14) and Minurika’s mother (39). Foreign liquor worth Rs. 3 mn. seized from Immigration dept. quarters
