WP records 46.8% rise in dengue cases

May 26 (CT) By the last week of May 2022 the country has seen a 22 per cent increase in dengue, National Dengue Control Unit (NDCU) said. Giving data from 16 – 22 May the NDCU said, 1,576 suspected dengue cases from 24 districts had been detected in the last week of May. This, the unit said was in comparison to the 1,294 cases seen during the third week of the month. UK in talks with Paris Club on SL issue

May 26 (DM) The UK is in talks with Paris Club members on potential solutions to SL’s unsustainable debt. The Paris Club is a group of officials from major creditor countries whose role is to find co-ordinated and sustainable solutions to the payment difficulties experienced by debtor countries.
