PM says China will help SL weather financial crisis
May 30 (FT) PM Wickremesinghe has said that China will help SL weather the financial crisis. “China has offered a few hundred million dollars in lending to SL to help alleviate a shortage of essential goods in the crisis-hit country,” UK’s Financial Times said quoting Wickremesinghe. Money printing rises to record Rs 2.9 Trillion
