Special permit for Jaffna residents

Apr 12 (LD) Residents of Jaffna have been issued with a special security clearance permit after the conduct of a census in the peninsula, Jaffna Security Forces Commander Maj. Gen. G.A. Missiles to Sri Lanka violates EU code says CAAT

Apr 12 (LD) An arms trade campaigning group has criticised the sale of 10,000 military missiles by Slovakia to Sri Lanka and scheduled to be shipped on Thursday. Extensive fighting in Mannar

Apr 13 (BBC) Thirty LTTE cadres killed and another fifty injured in fierce fighting in the Mannar area, Army Spokesman Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara said.
