Nov 20 (DM) The CID yesterday informed the Mount Lavinia Magistrate that the main suspect arrested in connection with the killing of Sunday Leader Editor Lasantha Wickramatunga had purchased five SIM cards using his national identity card. They said a member of the Army Intelligence Unit was involved in the buying of the cards. TID had earlier arrested Kandegedara Priyanwansa of the intelligence unit and Nuwara Eliya garage owner Pimmei Jesudasan in connection with killing.
