Aug 20 (FT) Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited, the distribution arm of the State-owned Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC), has been instructed to provide locally refined fuel to State enterprises that purchase large stocks of fuel from CPC.
