SLMC to call for TRC

May 3 (CT) A committee appointed by the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) has decided to call for a Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) which goes beyond the mandate of the LLRC, highly placed party sources said. Illegal PAYE tax payments: 29 public enterprises involved in mega scam

Govt imposes 15 percent import tax on milk powder

May 3 (CT) The govt had decided to introduce an import tax on powdered milk at either 15% or Rs. 92, a spokesperson from the Ministry of Finance said.
