Oct 27 (DN) One of Malaysia’s leading development financial institutions, Exim Bank Malaysia will invest US $ 10 million for a lubricant blending plant as a joint venture project with the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC). “Once the plant is setup here, the CPC will export lubricant to countries in the SAARC region initially and other countries afterwards," Exim Bank Malaysia President Adissadikin Bin Ali told the Daily News.
